Bell Pepper Shakshuka – A traditional North African and Middle Eastern dish made with tomatoes, spices and onion, topped with creamy feta.
Cauliflower Musakhan with Toasted Orzo Salad – A Middle Eastern spiced cauliflower dish served with a green chilli salsa and za'aatar spice.
Spiced Pumpkin with Dahl and Tomato Kasundi – Cumin and fenugreek spiced pumpkin with house-made dahl, served with natural yoghurt.
Mushroom and Spinach Risotto – Chef’s fresh risotto has great depth of punchy flavours with mushrooms and spinach combining to highlight a sweet freshness, finished with a drizzle of paprika and cumin oil.
Falafel with Eggplant Kasundi – A Mediterranean masterpiece of light crisp falafel patties, paired with Fitfood’s house-made eggplant kasundi. A medley of spices and sweet tomato make this Indian-inspired eggplant chutney delicious, served with our fresh hummus and mint sauce.
