1. Restaurant quality
Our meals are created by a dedicated team of professional chefs who are passionate about healthy eating and a delicious range of flavours.
All Fitfood meals are designed to fit macro nutrient profiles, meaning they meet the basic components of any diet with a careful balance of protein, complex carbohydrates and good fats only! We never add sugar and don’t use any artificial sweeteners.
When we say healthy, we mean for the planet too. We use sustainably produced packaging that is 100% recyclable.
We love to support local growers – our produce is Canterbury and NZ sourced as much as possible. All our meats are free range and we also use organic produce wherever we can. Our goal is to become fully organic.
5. Fresh technology
We use modified atmospheric and vacuum packaging to lock in the freshness.
6. Fresh, not frozen
Fitfood’s meals arrive at your place fresh, and are designed to be eaten fresh. However if you do want to stock up on a few quick, no-fuss meals, you can always pop a couple in the freezer yourself. Our meals can be reheated in either the microwave or the oven. The only thing we recommend is eating meals with salads first – those lettuce leaves don’t get on well in the sub-zeroes.
